Delete account
Help and account deletion
Last updated: 11 October 2026
This page is for people who use Duet, the app for two partners, and want to delete their account, ask about their data or get help. Duet is provided by Seyfi Can Zeyrek, an individual developer in Türkiye, who publishes it as Morrowline on Google Play.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Duet and go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Delete account near the bottom.
- Read what will happen and confirm with Delete account.
The deletion runs immediately. If a step fails, the app tells you and you can try again. The app then restarts as a new install.
What is deleted
- Your profile, your status and your avatar or profile photo.
- Your private settings, push tokens and free-moment counter.
- The invitations you created.
- The photos, drawings, widget backgrounds and place photos you uploaded, and the links to them on shared widgets.
- Your stored location and the distance derived from it.
- Your name and photos on shared places.
- Your sign-in identity (the anonymous account).
- The whole shared space and its files, if you were the only member.
- After the account is deleted, we also ask RevenueCat to delete your customer record, and the app asks Analytics on your phone to reset its identifiers.
What is kept
- If you are paired, your partner keeps the shared space, including the notes and answers you wrote.
- The number of free moments you used stays with the seat for the next member.
- Purchase records held by Apple and Google, and any RevenueCat record that remains if its deletion request fails or cannot be made.
- Analytics and crash data already sent to Google, which ages out under Google's own retention settings.
- Backups and logs, until they are overwritten.
Deleting the app does not delete your account and does not cancel a subscription. Cancel in your Apple ID settings (App Store > Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions).
If you cannot open the app
Write to zeyrekseyfican@gmail.com and ask for the deletion. Include your support code: it is shown in Settings, in the Support section, and it is your account identifier. If you can no longer open the app, we may ask for details that only the account holder knows, such as your first name, your partner's first name and when you paired, before we act. We answer within one month.
Other requests and help
For access, correction, objection or any other question about your data, or for help with Duet, write to zeyrekseyfican@gmail.com and include your support code. The privacy policy explains your rights and how long data is kept.
